I've kept virtually everything that was already there. I like the random table in particular - it gives GMs a way of quickly generating a shield for a new Knight, so players can't work out if they are a random NPC, a one off, or whatever, just by the lack or presence of arms.

By the way, for fun, I worked up a shield for Sir Kern Tosleigh based on the description (doesn't quite fit Roderick's Rules - but is a good example of keeping a design because the 'rule violations' add to the meaning - a white field for purity).

I am happy to do these for any wiki entries anybody thinks they might be useful for. I enjoy it. I can either design myself, or base them on descriptions by other people (modified by the 'rules' with permission and where appropriate)."
